A friend of Stan Goodenough (Stan is with the ICEJ) says, “to know what is important to God, just look at where the devil is directing his attacks; to know what Satan fears and loathes, identify the focal point of his hatred and rage.”

How true! And so the nation of Israel is that focal point in G-d's plans and purpose because all hell is trying to destroy this nation. Messiah came from the Jewish people and Israel and to the Jewish people and Israel He will return. Satan fears and loathes this nation that G-d is using for his undoing.

“I wont’ accept ‘no’ for an answer!” screamed Condoleezza Rice to Arik Sharon, speaking of the destruction of prosperous Jewish settlements built on the promised Land (an area the Palestinians had considered unproductive wasteland).

“I want the ‘road map’ implemented without delay,” demanded President George W. Bush of Arik Sharon. This road-map was the Saudis’ idea, and this “Christian” President Bush chooses the Saudis over G-d’s covenant and standing with Israel.

“The Gaza-strip and the Westbank (Judea and Samaria) shall become the Palestinians’ independent state. All Jewish settlements within this area must be dismantled.”

 “The 2-state solution is the way to peace in the Middle East…”

 “There must be continuity for the Palestinian state.”

“We want the Palestinians hold free elections in East Jerusalem without Israeli interference!” 

Thus President George W. Bush and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice command Israel’s democratically elected government, telling the Prime Minister, the Foreign Minister, the Defense Minister and everyone else what to do, while turning East Jerusalem into the defacto capital of the future Palestinian state. 

As Israel’s patriarch, Jacob, bowed before Esau (whom G-d hated¹⁴) calling him “lord”¹⁵ , likewise Jacob’s descendants continue to bow to the Ishmaels and Esaus of this world. But 
G-d called Abraham’s descendants through Isaac¹⁶.

The self-hating Jew¹⁷ has still not grasped that G-d’s election of Jacob is irrevocable¹⁸, that he is indeed G-d’s chosen and heir to the land, the covenants and the promises of G-d¹⁹. Instead, he aspires to be part of the family of nations, as well as being like them. But G-d’s Word says that this shall never be! Israel’s destiny is to be set apart from the Gentiles²⁰. They may join Israel, but Israel may never join the Gentiles²¹.
