My name is “Annelore”, founder and president of OR TZION, Inc.
I want to share with you a matter very special to G-d’s heart, namely MESSIANIC ALIYAH, which is the Return to Israel by Jews believing in Yeshua the Messiah, Jesus of Nazareth.
Previous Israeli governments did not grant the “Right of Return”Y to Messianic Jews as to all other Jews, due to 1,800 years of Gentile Christianity forcing Jews to convert and foreswear all allegiance to their own people and heritage.
This resulted in Messianic Jews being regarded only as “Christians” and no longer as Jews, By BOTH Christianity and Jews.
However, the time has come for ALL Jews irrespective of their religious observance to have the “Right of Return”, as this is in accordance with Ezekiel 39:28, “Then they shall know that I am the L-RD their G-d because I sent them into exile among the nations, and then gathered them into their own land. I will leave NONE OF THEM remaining among the nations anymore…”
And with Micah 2:12, “I will surely gather ALL of Jacob (i.e. both the unsaved AND the redeemed), I will gather the Remnant of Israel and I will set them TOGETHER like sheep in a fold, like a flock in its OWN pasture…”
While Christian ministries have been assisting with the Ingathering of the Jewish People from the former Soviet Union, they have not considered aiding Messianic Jews with THEIR Return to the Promised Land, because most Christians do STILL not regard them as Jews!
Yet many Messiancs desire to return, but most lack the funds and support, for Aliyah is expensive. The cost for a family of five (5) is about $ 60,000 (sixty thousand) for one (1) year. This includes costs of shipping the household goods1, of renting an adequate place2, costs of living such as food, bills, fees and transportation, school costs such as fees, books, school trips, having to learn Hebrew for 5 months or more, and looking for gainful employment. All of this takes a minimum of one (1) year, which is the make-it-or-break-it year.G-d declares that NOW is the season of favor for MESSIANIC ALIYAH, and the appointed time3 for Jewish believers to build up the Body of Messiah in the Land until it shines brightly like a city on a hill4.
In Isaiah 49:22 [23] G-d says, “Ko amar Adonai YHVH: hineh essah el-goyim yadi ve el-amim ari’im nissi v’heviu vanaich b’chotzen uv’notaich al-katef ti’nasse’nah” — “Behold,
I will lift up my hand to the Gentiles [goyim], and my signal – “nissi” – to the peoples [amim], and THEY shall bring Jacob’s sons in THEIR BOSOM, and his daughters on THEIR SHOULDERS.”In Isa. 40:1-2 G-d exhorts the former Gentiles, “Comfort, comfort ye my people,
and speak tenderly to Jerusalem”;
And in Isaiah 57:14, “Build up, build up and PREPARE THE WAY, and REMOVE EVERY OBSTRUCTION from my people’s way [on their Return home to Zion].”5

For G-d assigned His people called out from the Gentiles, as co-heirs and fellow-citizens of their Jewish brethren, to assist them with their Return to the Promised Land, as is written in Isaiah 51:11, that “the REDEEMED of the L-RD shall return unto Zion with singing…”6/a
Does this not speak of G-d’s Jubilee? Indeed, 2003 is the year of the 70th (seventieth) Jubilee, of restoration of the inheritance and liberty for the captivesb.
For there is a youth in Israel,
robbed of hope, peace and of a future, without an answer to their question:
“Where is our future, our hope? What is our purpose of being here? What are we dying for?”
G-d’s heart is breaking and Yeshua’s is yearning, and the Holy Spirit is calling Jewish disciples of Yeshua to return to Zion.
Hear Paul, the Jewish apostle to the Gentiles, and allow the Spirit of G-d to speak to your heart: “Macedonia and Achaia — or, the American saints – have been pleased to make some contribution for the poor among the saints in JERUSALEM; they were [and are] PLEASED to do it and indeed they are in debt to them, for if the Gentiles have come to share in their Jewish brethren’s SPIRITUAL blessings [which are eternal], they ought also to be of service to them in MATERIAL blessings [which are TEMPORAL].”7
G-d’s order is the same as it was in the days of the Exodus, when the children of Israel entered the Promised Land: those who had already settled East of the Jordan were to cross over the Jordan TOGETHER with their brethren to help them take possession of their inheritance as well8.
Likewise the rule, “unto the Jew FIRST and THEN also unto the Gentile,”9 is still valid.

God does not change10! He promised to bless those who bless His people Israel11, and G-d’s promises are sure12.
There are many of your Jewish brethren waiting to return home to Israel. Will you serve G-d and His Kingdom by helping them?

a)Yet Another Plane Load Of Jew Are Going Home !
Yet another plane filled with North American Jews immigrating to Israel landed this morning in Ben Gurion International Airport. Hundreds greeted the families – each with its own story, some more remarkable than others – with joyous singing.Yet another plane filled with North American Jews immigrating to Israel landed this morning in Ben Gurion International Airport, after embarking yesterday from New York. This is the second such flight within a month, bringing the total number of immigrants sponsored by the Nefesh b’Nefesh (Jewish Souls United) organization this year to close to 650 – and more are expected. (Coverage of the arrival was broadcasted on Arutz-7’s English broadcasts at “http://www.israelnationalnews.com/english/radio/live/Flive.htm“.)The new Israelis faced an excited and emotional welcoming ceremony from some 700 relatives, officials – such as Shimon Peres and other MKs – and other well-wishers. Although many of the Jewish Agency officials and Nefesh B’Nefesh staff members had attended a similar welcoming ceremony just two weeks ago, their enthusiasm did not wane. Arutz-7’s Tamar Yonah reports that the olim were flanked by two rows of soldiers standing at attention as they disembarked and walked into a special hangar, where the crowds broke out into song and cries of joy upon seeing them…b) Leviticus 25:8-10, 13, 39-41, 47-55; there are many “views” out in regard to the precise year of the 70th Jubilee: some calculated the Jubilee cycle to end with the 70th in 1995/1996, with the Millennium beginning in 1996/1997 [see http://www.testimony-magazine.org/back/apr2001/benson1.pdf; see also http://goodnewschristianministry.org/clockchapter4.htm].This has not proven correct. Others postulated 1999 to be the beginning of the 70th Jubilee, the year 2000 being the actual Jubilee year [see http://www.kenraggio.com/KRPN-ThirdTemple.htm]. However, many of these calculations rely either on the Roman – Julian – calendar, or on an uninterrupted sequence of a Jewish year of 360 days. Yet, there are several “leap years” in Israel’s LUNAR calendar in order to get back on track with the divinely commanded dates of festivals to be observed.
Alas, it would seem that neither the Christian nor Jewish calendar hits the mark of G-d’s “appointed time;” the Jewish calendar places the end more than 230 years hence (present events involving the dividing up of the Land of Israel indidicate that the end is not that far off), and the Christian calendar varies in dates by several years and even decades.
While I do not go so far as to call myself a “scholar” (and personally treat time lines with utmost caution, including my own), I dare say that the actual year of the 70th Jubilee might be very difficult to establish. The reason for giving Yom Kippur 2003 as the beginning of the 70th Jubilee is what I believe I heard from the Lord, just as I felt moved to begin with 1993 (Rosh Hashanah) the count down toward the end [see http://www.orttzion.org/[email protected]].
