WAKE-UP! CALL TO 5 NATIONS

The Scriptures are replete with warning messages and what the consequences are, if not heeded. Every time God assures the people that they are not destined for wrath BUT – they will share in it if they disregard the warning.

We all know the story of Noah, who warned and preached for 120 years. He was the laughing stock of his world and time.For who builds a giant ship away from the sea? Not even one single soul was taking his warnings to heart. For what “rain” did this man babble about? They had never seen, heard or tasted of a rain.They were a highly advanced race. They would know what “rain” was if there ever existed such a thing. Tragic was the outcome of their not taking Noah’s warnings of 120 years seriously.

Another story by which we are warned of the consequences of disregarding the divine warning, or just vacillating and procrastinating with heeding and obeying it, is the story of Lot in Gen. 19:12-16; God’s angels were commanding Lot –not merely suggesting it – to bring all of his family out of the place because God was going to destroy it. So Lot went to his sons-in-law and told them, “Up! Out of this place, for the LORD will destroy the city.”

But his sons-in-law thought Lot was just jesting and did not take serious his warning.

The morning of destruction came, but Lot did not make any attempts to move. So the angels urged him to get out and safe himself and his loved ones but – he still hesitated.

hesitate = vacillate = delay = be indecisive = be reluctant = hang back; lingered = delay leaving;

7 ‘And God rescued righteous Lot, greatly worn out and distressed by the wanton ways of the ungodly and lawless…’

Lot lingered, vacillated, hesitated to leave this ungodly and lawless place. He was a compromising fellow of the faith, for he could have left and moved elsewhere, if he was so distressed and greatly worn out by so much lawlessness. Instead, he chose to stay because the valley of Sodom and Gomorroah was very rich and fruitful, like the Garden of the Lord. He even moved his tents close to Sodom although the men of Sodom were wicked exceedingly and great sinners before the Lord (Gen. 13:10-13).

He hesitated and lingered because he had to leave all his possessions behind, everything he had worked for and acquired in all those years. Moreover, the valley was beautiful and he loved it there despite that the wickedness and lawlessness of the people of Sodom greatly distressed and wore him out. Hmmm…

The angels had to actually seize Lot, his wife and 2 daughters by their hands to get them to move out of the city, because the LORD showed mercy to Lot on account of Abraham ( Gen. 18:29-32). They would have been consumed in God’s judgment on Sodom and Gomorrah, had it not been for Abraham’s intercession, stranding in the breach for his nephew.

Likewise it is the Church that MUST stand in the breach for the nation lest she suffer the consequences for her sinfulness, for the shedding of innocent blood.

17 And when they [the angels] had brought them forth, they said, Escape for your life! Do not look behind you or stop anywhere in [a]the whole valley; escape to the mountains [of Moab], lest you be consumed.

“Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her judgments.” May be what the angels did with Lot will have to be done to the Church, to the Body of Messiah, as well as to the Jews in the US. [1]

For although Lot and his family were not destined to be consumed in G-d’s judgment on Sodom, had they not escaped to the mountains they would have perished. In fact, it is because of Abraham that God showed great mercy to Lot when he and his wife and daughters were literally dragged out of the city and told where to go for safety, and not to look back.

Will the Body of Christ have to be dragged out of their Sunday-morning-Jesus-Christ-happy-hour lifestyle to do what the Lord warns and counsels? Are they going to hesitate, vacillate and procrastinate until it is too late to safe what God intended to safe in the US and Canada?

Lot with wife and daughters couldn’t take anything with them, they could not pack a back-pack or carry-on with some precious things. They needed to get out quickly to save their lives – and in order to do so, they were not to look

Opening Praise Prayer: “Father in heaven, hallowed be Your glorious Name. You be blessed, praised and exalted, lauded and extolled, honored and revered, loved and obeyed, worshiped in Spirit and in Truth, adored and glorified by all You children, all your saints and all your people; and together with You Yeshua Ha Mashiach Your beloved Son, our beloved Savior, Redeemer, Healer and Deliverer, and your wonderful Holy Spirit, our Teacher Who leads us into all the Truth, Who is our Counselor, and Anointer.

The message I received from the Lord is, doubtless, the most urgent I have ever received for the church, for a nation. Only the Body of Jesus Christ [Yeshua the Messiah], the CHURCH ALONE, can and must stand in the gap and make up the breach, as a bulwark between the people and destruction. The church MUST AWAKE!!! She MUST take her place as the deputized representative of Jesus Christ [Yeshua the Messiah] and the Kingdom of God on earth (mention Pope, then Peter = cephas = petros = petra = heap of such rocks who confess Yeshua as Simon BarJonah did, who is the very one who wrote in 1 Pe 2:5 about the ‘living stones.’).

Edmund Burke already said, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing.”

And Proverbs 24: 11-12 tells us, “Save those who are wrongly sentenced to death; Do not sit back and let them die. Do not try to exclude responsibility by saying that you do not know about it. For God who knows all hearts knows yours and knows that you knew it! And he will reward everyone according to his deeds. ”
